Showcase your products across both nights:
Half table is $75
Whole table is $150
*If you are looking to split a full table with someone specific, please indicate their name on the form.
Vending hours will be:
Friday: 4 pm —7 pm (with the option of staying for intermission)
Saturday: 4 pm —7 pm (with the option of staying for intermission)
*Vendors are also welcome to sell during intermissions on both nights.
(The doors to the venue are locked after the first 15 minutes of the show for security purposes)
Vendors may have up to three staff at a full table and two staff at a half table.
Tables are located in both the Neptune Scotiabank Stage lobby and hallway. You will be assigned a space upon acceptance. Tables are a standard fold-out, and outlets can be accessed if needed. We will provide seating as well, but not linens/covers.
***Vendor fees do not include a ticket to the showcases.***
*** Vendor fees MUST be paid by MARCH 28 to secure your table. If unpaid by MARCH 28 we will move down the list of vendors who applied***
We are not able to accept any food or drink vendors at this time.
