Welcome to the Atlantic Burlesque Festival! By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are available to attend the event before finalizing your purchase. Refund requests for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues, will not be honored.

2. Rain or Shine Policy

The Atlantic Burlesque Festival will proceed rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be granted due to inclement weather.

3. Ticket Transfers & Resale

If you are unable to attend, you may resell or transfer your ticket to another person. The festival is not responsible for any third-party transactions. Please exercise caution when reselling tickets.

4. Age Restriction

This event is strictly 18+. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. A valid government-issued ID matching the name on your ticket is required for entry.

5. Photography & Videography Notice

By attending the festival, you consent to be photographed and recorded during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact the event organizers in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

The Atlantic Burlesque Festival is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or harassing behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Event Changes & Cancellations

While we make every effort to present the festival as planned, unforeseen circumstances may require schedule or lineup changes. The festival reserves the right to make adjustments as needed. In the rare event of a full festival cancellation, ticket holders will be notified with available options.
